Secure Your Package
Pack your Dremel tools and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and attachments are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it securely to the outside of your box over any existing labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
